In my senior project I'm going to write about 9/11, and how it affected the Americans in the time after the attack. How did the people react and what did the government do to try to prevent such terrorist attacks.

This is a good start and an interesting topic. Now you should decide if you want to write about the people or the government. I think one angle is enough. How about focusing on the human aspect? You could do a personal profile on people who lost loved ones and how it makes them feel about the attackers.

SvarSlettHi,I am from America. I actually live in Washington State. I can tell you that 9-11 change the way many Americans think. We react differently to the news of terrorist attacks. It was a sad time followed by anger and then great American Pride. People are afraid when we hear of attacks anywhere in the world. If their is an attack in England we are glued to our TVs until we know the details. Families lost so many loved ones! It is a day we will never forget.
